Product Description:
1. Product Introduction:ECT-Z.X-001 is a neutral aqueous carbon deposit remover that is non-corrosive to metal substrates and can restore original metallic appearance. Specifically designed for removing amorphous carbon deposits from engine internals and workpiece surfaces, it is particularly suitable for heavy-duty machinery engines, workpieces, and internal combustion engines contaminated by oil residues and carbon buildup from gasoline/diesel combustion.
This formulation features strong permeability, excellent emulsification, thorough degreasing capability, and good water rinsability. Compatible with various metallic materials for oil removal while preserving original colors, it effectively eliminates stubborn oil sludge and ash deposits. The eco-friendly formula contains no phosphorus, ammonia nitrogen, or heavy metals.
Precautions:Suitable for diverse substrates including aluminum, magnesium, and their alloys. Recommended for use with aqueous spray systems and ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

Directions:
Cleaning piston rod carbon deposits:
Ultrasonic cleaning for 1.0 hour (heavy carbon deposits)
Ultrasonic cleaning for 20 minutes (light carbon deposits)
Oil removal: Ultrasonic cleaning for 3-5 minutes.
